Moderator Groups only shows Public was created by rayard23
Joomla 1.7.1
CB 1.7.0

I have set up approximately 40 custom groups via the build in Joomla ACL. When I go to select the appropriate moderator group via CB, only the Public group appears as a select-able group. I have tried to sync users with the tool provided in CB and that did not help anything. How do I correct this or how do I do this properly?

Basically did a fresh install of Joomla and CB to fix this.
