confirmation e-mail does not work was created by magnoum

I am using joomla 1.5.23 -CB 1.7
both the latest version.
everything is ok in cb admin but, CB could not send confirmation e-mail to new register people.

Email mass send work.
or is the problem? there is there a setup menu for sending email in CB?
