Form Groups

I am putting together a login form for a client and I need a way to group the fields together and label them:

Example:

LOGIN INFORMATION

________________ username

________________ password

ABOUT YOU

________________ First Name

________________ Last Name

So A) how can I group them and B ) how can I insert group labels?

I believe you can do this with core CB.
Registration fields are grouped by the tabs they belong to and you can add delimiter fields for group titles.

I see that I can display them as tabs or divs on the profile but how do I separate them on the registration form itself? I don't see anything in my configuration, my fields area, tabs area, or in the classes assigned on the front end.
