Upgrade 1.2 -> 1.7 on J1.5 was created by flumpy

I have seen the upgrade instructions

That explicitly say I just load the new component over the old one to upgrade - no need to uninstall first.

Does the same go for the modules or do I need to uninstall them first?

Yes, you can install over modules also.
