CBLogin space before Login <Form> - Language utf8

Hi,

I am having a problem with CBLogin.

I am busy translating CB and when I install the new language it effects the CBlogin module.

It places a non HTML space or something in front of the login <form>.

This only happens when the language.php file is in UTF8 encoding. If I change it to any other then the problem is not there. I need UTF8 for the language I am working on.

I have also tried to remove all the content of the language file -and it does not affect the CBLogin problem - its the UTF8 problem!!

Can anyone help me.

exact steps to reproduce on a clean Joomla/CB 1.7.1 website would be needed.
