Fatal Error was created by pfaithmin

Hello,
after installing CB, users get this error trying to sign in to the site: Fatal error: Class 'JModel' not found in /hermes/bosweb/web206/b2065/ipg.powerfaithhouseorg/joomla/modules/mod_toppanel/helper.php on line 7. Please give a helping hand as to solving this problem. Thanks.
