I'm looking to use community builder to manage contractors of a large commercial property. A requirement is that the contractors need to upload their lastest insurance policy each year.
I have upload the file upload field type plugin so they can upload a pdf to their profile so that works ok.
How do I prompt them to update their insurance policies each year? I don't need the subscription membership just something that will show up as a message to update their profile and a date field so I can do reports on users that have not done the update
