i wanna change the default avatar of CB. Where is located it?

You should install the English language plugin for your CB version (you didn't give one).

forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/lan-cb-en/files

once this is installed, the default avatar for non uploaded avatar profiles is located in the images folder of this language plugin.
