Problem with text & other alignments

Hi

I installed CB 1.71 and updated the latest translation I found for it for Hebrew to version 1.71 (not completely yet but will get there)

Anyway, when accessing some pages like the username/password reminder or the registration form, things are aligned to the left mostly while I need it to be aligned to the right.

OK, seems as if I managed to fix most of it myself, now I have only this issue:

any idea how to switch the position of this texts?
