Error in joomla 1.7.2

I got two errors in my joomla 1.7.2 and CB

I don't have stings in my global configuration - global configuration/ system /user ?
To follow this instruction
Admin->Site-> Global Configuration->System (Jooglobal configuration mla 1.5/1.6/1.7):
set "Allow User Registration" to "No".

Global Configuration
My system setings are:

System Settings
Secret *
Path to Log Folder *
Help Server *

I got another error in my CB Configuration Manager
Connection to update server failed: ERROR: connection failed (13)13


CB Workflows module do not work

I have one more question
cb_expert_files_only_j_1.5.tar (3 folders administrator ,components modules where the three folders go
tell me the root to follow ??? Admin/....?/....?

On Joomla 1.7 this setting has moved to Users -> User Manager -> Options.

Thanks, after all settings still I got problem .
If I try to login to my account is not going my profile page is doing to signin/signout page

also I got red error massage in my CB configuration page

last version Connection to update server failed: ERROR: connection failed (13)13

The error message is fixed that was hosting issue

Did not fix my login problem.

reinstall CB to make sure the previous database issue did not cause incorrect installation.

make sure you follow installation instructions (create public mandatory menu item).

disable SEF and try again.

If I try to create menu ,in menu manager Selecting public mandatory menu item joomla do not aloud me choose that selected menu keep on logout action, also Do not aloud me choose any items from comprofile items to select keep freeze.
I re install comprofile and nothing.
PM me for login and you will see the problem
