Display CB component menu for a non-admin user was created by Claudiu T.

I try to display CB component menu for a user that is not admin.
So far I did not succed.

Does anyone know how to do that?

I need a standard Joomla Options button/icon, like in the att. picture, to set the permission for different user acces.
