Fields missing in email to moderator

Fields missing in email to moderator was created by yades4

Hi

i use CB builder 1.7.1. I added fields to registration form. When moderator receives email to validate registration, these added fieds are not included in email. Only name, email and username fields are in email.

How to fix this problem,
