show/hide admin avatar

hi, i'm wondering if there's a way to show (or include)the admin avatar on the member's list page?

currently, no matter what adjustments i seem to make, the admin's profile can only be viewed by myself (admin lol). there is no way for other registered members or users to see or link to the admin's profile, since it is not showing on the members list page (aka userlist).

This is a different query but very related, is there any way I can hide a user from the userlist like the Admin account is hidden. What properties does the admin account have other than Super User that I could give a guest account.

I can change this setting in the uddeIM under Display tab (Hide users from userlist) using userID.
