unique field was created by csehamid
hi
i like to make a unique field and by that i mean something like the email field.
i need the user's social number (everyone has one and it is unique).
how to avoid double entry.

You would need to code a new field plugin to do this.

Perhaps the latest DB Lookup field plugin (available to professional members) can be used to do this.
