OK, I subscribed for along time to a site about the history of Bisley, Gloucestershire. Recently, I received an email seeming to indicate that the website owner upgraded or changed to Joomla as a content management system. Since then I have been unable to log on and I get this error message : "You cannot access the private section of this site." Here is the message I received:

Can you please help either me, or the person whose website this is, to fix this. I value the site and the contacts I can make through it. But if I cannot log on it is no use to me ...
Or is Joomla trying to restrict access to websites in general???
