How to migrate CB1.7.1 from J1.5 to J1.7? was created by geoffr

What is the best way to migrate my CB installation from a J1.5 to an existing J1.7 site? I am using CB1.7.1 on both sites.

Install latest CB Juice on both.
Export from old, import to new.
