First of all there is no Pro version. CB is the same.

Shows that Professional membership gives you access to 15+ Add-ons (line 3) and 16+ Incubator add-ons (line 10).
If you mouse over the first items and these rows you will see that:
"You can use them on all your websites forever"
So you do not need to pay again next year unless you want to keep receiving upgrades and new add-ons (as we constantly add new items).
