Missing field in CB Field Manager

I have a problem with the CB field manager.

I look for a field like a text area, but not editable by users. This field should only show some lines of text (like rules, etc.).

The screenshot with the subscription plans in registration form is using CBSubs.

You can create CB fields using CB Field manager.
A CB field can be set to readonly.

But which cbfield is it exactly? The field "TextArea" shows only the title and next to it a big textfield with no text in it.

But what I want is a textarea, where I can put some text in it (in the backend) and then show it (readonly) on my website.

Please describe exactly what you want to do.
