CB WorkFlow question

Happy New year to all,

Can I add more information to the CB Workflow: for example the adress and phone number and the web address, for now the CB Workflow has only:
User Name
Email:
Date Registered
Reject Comment

I would like to have more fields like the phone number and the address,

also when I click on the user name in the CB Workflow area I got the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JSite::addCustomHeadTag() in /hermes/bosweb/web196/b1969/nf.mysitename/public_html/site/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_jobstab/cb.jobstab.php on line 73

You can add more information to email sent to moderators by altering language strings.
You cannot add more information to page, but moderators seeing this page can just click on profile to see all information.
