JSON error on Mass Mail

If you test with a different email?

Testing with a different e-mail address results in the same error message.

This topic concerns the same website and also the subject of e-mail addresses. Maybe the two are related?

Sorry, I'm still having this issue. Maybe I can give you my details so you can have a look in the admin panels?

Later on the same day: I've made a test copy of my site and on this copy I de-installed and re-installed CB. This solved the whole issue. Must be that there's a file which is damaged on the original site. I'll re-install CB on the original site tomorrow. I'm quite convinced that it will be solved there as well.

De-installing and re-installing CB solves the problem on my test site but not on my live site. Kind of drives my mad. Strange thing is, my test site is a copy of the live site made with Akeeba. When I make the copy, I also copy the issue which is causing the error. So what difference could possibly exist between the two versions of the site?

Any updates or solutions on this one?

I am having the same problem...

I had the same problem, and I found out that I had to disable a third-party plugin called "CB Video". I disabled the plugin, sent the mass email, and then enabled it back in.
