Problems with user registration after updating CB was created by Mrmagoo22
Hello everyone, I'm working through an issue that has come up with Community Builder after upgrading, and I was hoping that someone here might have some useful information to help fix the issue.

Since the update, I've been receiving a 500 internal server error whenever I try to register a new user, when pressing the submit button after all registration fields are filled in. The update was from v.1.2 to 1.7.1, and I used the cb_1_7_1-unzip1st file and followed the readme file when making the upgrade. The server is running PHP 5.3.5, so I don't believe there are any obvious version compatibility issues, though I may be mistaken there.

Anyone have any suggestions that I should try?

turn on debug and check server error log

Which at first glance looks like its attempting to access a file which was either moved or removed since the upgrade.

these do not cause the 500 error - something else is.

I cleared the error log, then replicated the registration error again and reopened the log.
