Only Login module appears after succesful login

Only Login module appears after succesful login was created by pdmac

I seem to have installed it right but only see the welcome 'username' module.....nothing else appears.

What Joomla version?
What CB version?
Did you follow installation instructions that are included in CB 1.7.1 packages?

tried to follow the instructions

using the Tools, they all reported green succesful
