Registration Error

After migrating from 1.5 to 2.5 I am getting the attached error when I'm trying to register a new member. The new user is added to CB in the user manager, but I can't figure out what's triggering the error. Auto-increment settings?

I've run all of the CB tools and they found no errors.

As an update for this- the native joomla registration function is working correctly. CB registration is definitely the issue.

As a temporary work-around I have enabled the standard login module with the registration enabled.

Need this to be addressed as soon as possible, but this temporary work around should be alright until I can find a solution.
