how to modify a form with Community Builder?

I have a problem and I hope you can help me, first of all I have little time using Joomla, so I recommend using the Community Builder to edit forms, since I installed it and now was trying to edit the form, I saw how to add fields, but not know how to validate, I mean, how to make it a field that after I send this data, the other thing is I do not know how to make me come all that data to me.

CB is not a forms builder.

CB has a registration form and a user profile that you can add fields to using the CB Field manager.

Just create a new field and experiment with it.

I want to know is how I get the data that the user completes the form.
