how to modify a form with Community Builder?

you don't understand me, the problem is about encode, i change the files .php to utf-8 but the accent and ñ doesn't show.
This must be a configuration in CB but i don't know where, i wish you can help me, i don't know anybody who know Joomla.

Are all your database tables and database columns using utf-8 collations?

Does the spanish plugin from forge links I gave you have the same problem?
