adding field seperator in registration

Hi I need to seperate my registration page to temporary sign up and permanently sign up . I should write something between fields to seperate these parts . what can I do to do that ?

you cannot - the registration form is a single process.

can I put a field in registration page , if user click it no , hide some fields and if click yes , show them.
