appearance of userlist

Hi,

I tried it several ways but wasn't able to fix it:

There has to be a list of all members availalable displaying the fist and last name.
As I seperated those names in two fields I only can display it as on the screenshot - is there any way of editing it?

(When I click on "User List" in the backend I do get "Logout action" in the menu type!?)

Yes, with CSS. But unsure what you have tried. Do any of these threads help?
