How can we pass session variable value to a field

How can we pass session variable value to a field in Community Builder Registration Page.

I have a webiste where I have created a session and stored value in it. Now i want that when ever user fills registration form a field is there Sponsor id, it should get default value set to that session variable value. How can I do that in Community builder, is there any plugin for that
