Yup - its paid.
I would think that since you would be using it to collect money you would be ok with paying for it.

ok, thanks for your reply. Can I see a demo of CBSubs and can functionality in yourkaraokevideo.netsmartz.us/index.php/using-joomla/extensions/components/users-component/registration-form
can be performed using CBSubs ?

Paid members need to redirect to paypal whilst other users data just needs to be updated in the databse table.

And I think even CB conditional can work for me . Any downloadable link ONLY for CB conditional as I don't want to download other stuff which comes along with CB Conditional.
