birthdays and other in cb 1.8

Momentarely I have a free membership for trial, making an intranet for a non-profit organisation.
We would like to have a nice profile book with birthdays but can't find in which membership this is. We also would like to see a announcement of the coming birthdays in a week, or per day. People could possibly choose to show this birthday, or not.
Is this possible and with wich membership? I can't find it in the descriptions or in the fora.

Other things my organisation would like are:
- users can change their own profile
- adding own fields in this profile
- forming(private) groups

CB allows you (as admin) to create new fields and tabs that will appear on your user profiles.

Users can update their profile data.

Users cannot add their own fields on their profiles, they can just populate existing fields (created by backend admin) on their profiles.

For Groups you would need GroupJive.

About the birthday (professional membership btw):
I would like to show upcoming birthdays on the site in a module. Is this possible ? (in case the employees want that, it's a choice)
