New User Registration email content

Hello,
I have two types of users : Singer, KJ
When Singer registers; an email with activation link is sent to his email address. This is working ...
But when KJ registers he pays some amount via paypal and then I want to send the activation email after DB entries ?

I am able to bring the KJ to comprofiler.php file after payment. Also I can fetch the cb_activation link from DB . So the main problem is :

1. I need variable which contains the email content which admin enters from backend.
2. function to send email and how to call the function.

Your suggestions are very much appreciated !

No body can answer this ? At least please give me direction how to accomplish this..

CB with CBSubs have such functionality
