How do I edit formatting on Lost Password page?

How do I edit formatting on Lost Password page? was created by jmaridon
I changed the language file so that "user name" is now "case number." On the lost password page ( www.lvtrafficticketguy.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=lostpassword ) the question mark in the title is on a second line because the title font is too big. How can I change that? Thanks!
