Uploading Profile picture to CB

Hi, I installed CB 1.8 on Joomla 2.5.4 Stable and integrated with Kunena 1.7.2.

Now I tried normal accounts to upload the profile picture but for some reason i cannot upload the image, while when i am super user I can.

The CB Configuration manager in the Image Tab, property Image is set to Yes (Set to "Yes" if you want registered users to have an image (manageable through their profile))

Any idea why this is happening?

I am having exactly the same problem with exactly the same versons of the software.I also have 'Allow Image Upload' set to Yes in the CB configuration.
Did you find a solution or can anyone else help please?
