We have a website with CB installed.
Users can log into their accounts with EMAIL & PASSWORD (They dont have to use their username)
This is what the client wants to happen. However now that users rarely use their usernames, if they forget their passwords, they have to go and request their username first and then check email and then go back to the site and request password (by putting in their username).
Is there a way that they can request their password by just putting their email in. (therefore not having to go through the username request first).
Please see pic attached.
Could the username field be deleted from this process and just the email field be left to get this to work?
