If by resubmit, you mean regenerate, then I guess the answer is that you can use CB Juice to do this.

Password in Joomla (and most other CMS packages) are hashed to database.
This means that they can no longer be retrieved in cleartext format.

another application can store the password with remember me in CB login?
I use joomla 2.5.4 + CB 1.8

no - remember me just save a cookie.

You cannot recover a hashed password in cleartext format.
