can't register again after incorrect file upload

Hello,
I use Parainvite 1.0.9 for “Invite Only Registration” with CommunityBuilder 1.3.1
I have a registration page with an upload area.
If I don’t fill out checkboxes, dropdown selects, text fields and text areas correctly I see a pop-up. It says I should fill these fields correctly, I click ok and I can try again.
But if I upload a false file (it doesn’t matter if I have filled out anything of the other areas correctly or not) it gives me also a pop-up, but then I can’t try again and my invitationlink doesn’t work anymore.
I installed a different upload plugin (AjaxFileField) to see if this chance anything, but it don’t.
Why can’t I return to the registration page after an incorrect file upload?

We do not develop parainvite - please contact the devs directly for support for this.
