Create Custom Tab with PHP coding

Is there a way that I can create a custom tab that uses php coding for external content?

this what it miss in cb . they force as to just use their fields or delimiter even this delimiter is limited , better if we can assign jumi files to tab., me also i want use my own code in tabs .
