Change "Register" to "Create an Account"

Is it possible to change the word "Register" to "Create an Account" when someone is supposed to register to use the site? This is for a high school and we are thinking the students may not realize Register means they have to create an account before they can blog.

If so, where would I change that (just the words that appear at registration).
