These are minimal standard features of CB. Please, try to understand the basic concept and structure of CB and Profiles... (Fields -> Tabs -> Positions ...)
Browse the CB backend managers for tabs and fields. Compare the checked and published items with your current profile display. Thats the best way to get an idea of how CB works.
Play with the default setup, and publish/unpublish some tabs or fields.
Hints:
The avatar picture is a
field.
And one or multiple fields are assigned to a certain
tab. (lookout for Portrait)
Tabs are displayed in template
positions.
