i have this message when i'm not logged in to my site. You can see the text here :

It's about this part :
If you have an account already, just enter username and the system will assign this registration to your account
If you don't hane an account and want to register for an account, please enter username and password. We will create an account for you .
If you don't want to register for an account, leave the username and password fields empty
Where can i change this? cause it doesnt work as it says if you have an account already.
