How can I get this to show in a module?

I plan to show this module on a profile page.

The reasoN for this is that I want to be able to restrict access based on the access level, as set using Community ACL.

A CB plugin can't be placed in a Joomla module due to many reasons...

But I think you can go a long way with the settings in Public Mail in combination with CB settings. They both have some ACL.
