CB 1,8 non si istalla su Win 7 64 bit was created by biozorro
 I installed xampp 3.5 in localhost mode, joomla 2,5,7, I changed in the php.ini file uploads from 2M to 20M, then when loading the zipped file of the main component of CB following the procedure of extensions joomla extension manager , it gives me error.
I do not understand why?

Thanks and a friendly greeting fabio

I edited the php.ini file the following items from 2M to 20M upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to 64M hours voice message joomla has changed and is as follows: The installer can not continue until file uploads are not enabled for the server .
How do I enable uploads.
Thanks for your patience
