My images are not showing or uploading for users

Did you also install any extra CB plugins with these?
If yes please disable them to test.

I have only the suggested downloaded package of:
com_comprofiler
mod_cblogin

No, I mean in the CB Plugin Manager area - did you install anything there?

Please look / provide following info:

1. Look at your Joomla 2.5.7 System information area - check that Directory permissions are all green.
2. What does your CB configuration Image tab look like (provide screenshot)
3. When you upload an image do you see any messages?
4. turn on Joomla debug and upload another image - any messages?
5. if you enable avatar always to show in CB Login module parms, does a thumbnail show up of uploaded image?
6. are there image files in your images/comprofiler folder?
