User profiles searchable on Google search?

Hello,

I was wondering if the userlist on my webpage is searchable on Google. Like all profiles can be found on Google.
If not, what can I do to make them visible for searchengines.

I am also wondering if there are some where I can find a plugin that creates a sitemap.xml with my userlist and links to the profiles.

I found out by serching Google that all my userprofiles has been crawled and is searchable.
