Whats happenning with my account?

I try to reset my password becauze for some reason doent enter and the mail with the new password never comes, its passed 2 days, and try 3 times. And when i try with this account without member access the mail comes in time with a new password

Maybe you are checking the wrong email address?

The email address associated with the thiagocs account is a gmail one.
