Only found registration probs in forums that generate error pages or such (that didnt have a reply or solution) So asking for my somewhat similar problem.
My problem is when clicking 'Register' or 'Forgot Login' on cb login module. It loads a blank page. No error or anything. (with firefox & IE latest)
I can use cb login with my user account that was made before adding cb just fine.

user database was sync'd
all the checks in the tool tab are green
all plugins are set to public
disabled other login modules
set to not allow new registrations (except through cb)
Tried Turning off SEF that i read about in a old archive post
I re enabled 'allow user registration' which allows the regular login module to work but still didnt help the cb login module. (that is set to yes,independently) It also seems to use the new user field settings.
Login form module at left side bottom is old login & the new cb login is below it.
