I just launched a new site for
www.quaillakehoa.com
and listed it with Google webmaster tools. As part of the set up, I installed version 1.9 for the membership. I have blocked the ability of the registration for new members, but I have saved the link to that part of the site to send directly to the members to register.
After setting up the site and registering with Google Webmaster Tools, I received a notice saying Severe health issues are found on your site.
When I check the links they are referring too, I found the following:

Since the only registration that I am using is the CB register, I do not understand why I am receiving this notice. I also need to know what to do to fix it.
