Do you know where I can download the Community Builder plugins for the Gift Exchange from

I bought the component but can't find the plugins either in the packages or on their site.
I have sent them a support request email but haven't heard back yet...
The component does seem to be very good but it would be better with the plugins that are described at the bottom of the page here
