Fatal error: Out of memory on configuration

It strange when i try to click on the configuration in community builder.

I get this error:


Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 24903680) (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/sjconsul/public_html/developmentsite/oxford/libraries/joomla/html/html/select.php on line 604

How can i correct this or is this a bug?

Everything else in Community builder works expect when i click on configuration

I am hoping some can resolve this problem as soon as possible
