Can you tell me if there is a way to import current members using a csv or other file?

Hello,

You'll probably be interested in CBJuice2 (or, if you're running an older version of Joomla, CBJuice 1.7). You'll have to set up your fields in CB before import, and you will want to be sure your csv is formatted properly.
